Mr. Satyanarayan Sinhal and the Birth of a Vision

Mr. Satyanarayan Sinhal sowed the seeds of our future by founding M/s Ramkrishna Oil Mill. By prioritizing trust and excellence from day one, he started a legacy of industrial leadership that continues to define the Sinhal Group across the global agri-trade market today.

1991

A Growing Legacy

The Next Generation and the Founding of M/s Sinhal Industries

The second generation—Mr. Mukesh Sinhal and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinhal—stepped forward to found M/s Sinhal Industries. Their medium-sized unit in the Chawani area modernized our operations, evolving the business from a local mill into a multi-commodity processing firm.

1997

Strengthening the Vision

New Horizons in Flour and Pulses Processing

The arrival of Mr. Praveen Sinhal catalyzed our expansion into an 18,000 sq. ft. facility. By establishing a dedicated pulses and gram flour unit in the Neemuch Industrial Area, we achieved greater operational control and a stronger foundation for future growth.

1999

Setting New Standards

Launch of 15 TPD Advanced Flouring Unit

1999 saw the establishment of a specialized pulses flouring unit. By integrating advanced processing technology, we achieved greater product consistency and precision, laying the groundwork for our future technological milestones.

2004

Scaling Industrial Excellence

High-Capacity Black Gram Milling Operations

Under the leadership of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinhal, we established a massive 20000 sq. ft. fully automatic plant dedicated to black gram (urad) milling. With a 60 TPD capacity, this facility set a new benchmark for automated processing and large-scale efficiency.

2008

The Technological Revolution

50 TPD Ultra-Modern Color Sorting Facility

In 2008, the Sinhal Group integrated world-class Buhler Sortex technology into a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility. This investment allowed for a 50 TPD production scale, delivering unmatched consistency and establishing us as a leader in premium agri-product quality.

2011

Setting the Market Standard

Expanding Sortex Capabilities for Premium Pulses

In 2011, we expanded our sorting capabilities with a second dedicated unit. By identifying the rising demand for high-precision cleaning, the Sinhal Group became a pioneer in the market, providing superior processed pulses that redefined industry expectations for cleanliness and quality.

2013

Diversifying the Portfolio

3rd Advanced Sorting Unit and Entry into Agri Products, Spices

We commissioned our third Color Sortex unit to support our black gram operations and regional grains & spice trade. This milestone increased our overall processing capacity and enabled us to offer high-precision cleaning for a broader variety of local agricultural commodities.

2014

From Agri-Commodities to Botanicals

Specialized Ashwagandha Processing and Botanical Trade

Leveraging Neemuch’s reputation as a global herbal hub, we established a dedicated plant for Ashwagandha root processing. Today, we are the region's most prominent processor and trader, managing over 500 botanicals in whole, powder, and tea-cut forms for a global clientele.

2016

Scaling Botanical Processing

Launch of the Specialized Botanical Powders Plant

We expanded our herbal division by commissioning a state-of-the-art powdering unit. This milestone empowered the Sinhal Group to offer ready-to-use botanical powders at a 3–10 TPD scale, ensuring consistent mesh sizes and maintaining the purity of our 500+ Herbs & Spices products.

2021

Scaling Global Operations

40 TPD Expansion: Doubling Our Botanical & Spice Output

We significantly scaled our operations in 2021 by adding two high-capacity grinders, unifying our diverse herbal tea-cut infrastructure with a massive 20–40 TPD output.
